A few weeks ago I phoned Veiligesportvloer to get advice about our slippery gym floor. 

The staff of the company were very friendly and knowledgeable. That same day, someone made a special trip from Eindhoven to our school to look at the situation and give us advice. Later that week the company came by to thoroughly clean and impregnate the floor, with the result that we now have a super clean and non-slip gym floor again. A week later we got a call to see if we were satisfied!
