Municipalities and sports companies
Since Safe Sports Flooring’s inception in 2014, our clients have ranged from sports companies to large cities and small municipalities. Whether it is a one-time implementation or a maintenance subscription, we always ensure safe, clean and well-maintained sports floors. The reports we deliver also provide valuable insights for both the facilities organization and the multi-year maintenance plan (MYPOP). It is therefore customary for us to discuss our findings with several municipal departments and the facilities company.
We operate in both the Netherlands and Belgium. Educational institutions
We work in the Netherlands and Belgium for a wide range of educational institutions: from primary and secondary schools to mbo’s, colleges and universities. Commissioned by schools themselves or school boards, we provide revitalization and inspection of sports floors and gymnasiums. Our reports provide clear insight into the condition of the floor as well as a well-founded estimate of the remaining lifespan. This makes them a valuable tool for management, planning and any long-term maintenance. Although playrooms are not covered by a legal standard, we also assess these floors for safety and quality.

Government organizations at the state level
We perform work for various government organizations at the state level such as at sports venues within barracks, correctional facilities, shelters and other government agencies. Our services range from cleaning and revitalizing sports floors to performing inspections with associated reporting.
Due to the nature of these locations, clients place high demands on reliability and integrity. All our employees have a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and are accustomed to working within highly secure environments.

Associations, foundations, operators and other sports hall managers
Associations, foundations and other sports hall owners who manage their own halls call on our expertise. This also applies to operators such as Optisport and Sportfondsen who manage sports facilities for municipalities. They all want to offer their tenants a safe and well-maintained sports environment and have insight into the status and lifespan of their sports floors. We help with the cleaning, revitalization and inspection of sports floors, including clear reports on the quality and expected use.
